Children.
Add your first child.
Name, year of birth, section and group. The group gives you its calendar and notifications.
In the club's archive
Children you removed are kept in the club's archive, with their payments and attendance. If a child trains again, bring them back.
Trips.
The sea camp and the club's other trips. You sign up each child on their own. Other families do not see who else is signed up.
Races.
Sign-ups for races that a coach opens. For each child press «Going» or «Not going» by the deadline. Other families do not see who else is signed up.
Trainings.
The coach marks attendance at training. Every training is one point. Other families do not see it.
The streak counts trainings in a row. If your child will not come, press «Not coming to training» before it starts: the coach knows and the streak rests.
Training statistics.
Which trainings your child came to, of what kind and how many. Each child is compared only with themselves, never with other children.

Payments and hours.
The club enters what is paid and how many work hours you have done. For an open payment, press «Pay»: there you find the amount, the reference and a QR code for your bank's app. The money goes straight to the club's account, the site does not take it.
Shifts.
Help at a club event: choose a shift or press «I'll help wherever needed» and the organiser places you. You sign up one person at a time. A shift you have done counts as work hours.

Points and badges.
Points are for effort, not for placings: for every race, every training and every hour of work for the club. With them a child comes along to the club's events together. Badges are the child's keepsakes. Only your family sees all this.

Notifications on your phone.
A cancelled training or a change for tomorrow goes only to the group it is for.
What we store
Your e-mail and the details of your children that you or the club enter. We never publish the photos on the site. Who sees what and how long we keep the data is written below.

Your e-mail and, for each child, the name, year of birth, section, group and a photo if you add one. Only your family and the club's coaches (for attendance at training) see the photo; we never publish it on the site. The parents' consent is separate: here you only see which one is in force. From the age of 15, your child gives the consent with their own e-mail. This data and the consents are seen by the club's president, the section leaders, the coaches and the site admins. There is no password. The browser remembers the login for 90 days. Remove a child with «Remove». To delete the whole family, write to us. Data and privacy
You can add your own photo for the circle in the menu if you like. On the site only your family sees it, when logged in. You remove it in the same window; deleting My family deletes it too.
For payments, hours and shifts we store what the club enters and the shifts you sign up for. We store no bank account numbers.
For trips we keep the child's sign-up, the chosen extras, the diet and the note. The details for the accommodation (name, date and place of birth, address, and the ID document if the accommodation asks for it) are seen only by the trip's organisers and the site admin, and they are deleted 30 days after the trip. No family sees another family's sign-ups.
For races where a coach collects sign-ups we keep whether the child is going, the choice (for example race or obstacle course), the transport and a short note. The coaches of the child's group and section see them. Notes are deleted 30 days after the race; the answer «going» stays as history. Please do not write health information in the note.
For shifts we keep the name you type and your phone if you leave it. Only the event's organiser and the part's leader see the phone. Once the organiser publishes the roster, club members see the name and the part, without the phone.
For races we keep the start numbers you type in and the results you hide with «Not our child». We find results by first and last name among the club's public results. We look for photos only by start number, never by face.
For points we store only what the club writes in: extra points. The site counts the points for races, trainings and work hours, and the badges, itself from the results, the attendance and the hours already above. There are no rankings of children.
For trainings we store when the group trained and which children came. A coach marks it, also a coach standing in: the club's coaches then see the children's names, years of birth and photos.
For the training streak we store only what you press: «Not coming to training» (from when to when, no reason) and buying, giving and bringing back a freeze. The site counts the streak, the pine cones and the stock itself from the attendance every time. The coach of your child's group sees that your child is not coming and the streak number. Nobody sees who put a freeze into the shared stock.
For your child's login on their own device we store only a random login key, the device type (for example «iPhone · Safari») and the dates of the login and the last visit; you see and remove them yourself, in My family at your child.
From age 15 you can also add the athlete's e-mail. We use it only for the login to their page: we send them a link and a code. You choose whether they see their own payments. An adult member is their own family and adds themselves.
When you remove a child or delete My family, nothing is deleted: the child goes to the club's archive, with payments, points and attendance. The club's president, the section leader and the site admins get an e-mail. When you delete My family, your sign-ups for future shifts at events are released; done hours stay. Your e-mail address stays closed in the archive, so the site knows you again if you come back. When a child is no longer in the club, we keep their data for 1 more year and then delete it.
