Who gives the consent

For a child under 15, a parent or guardian gives the consent. From the age of 15, young people give it themselves.

What we store

Your name and e-mail, the child's name, year of birth and section, your choices, whether you are the parent or the athlete, the version of this text and when you sent, confirmed or withdrew the consent. We do not store the IP address. We keep a confirmed consent while the child is in the club, and 1 more year. An unconfirmed consent is deleted after 7 days. Only the club's president, the section leader, the coaches and the site admins see the consents.

Changing and withdrawing

The e-mail has a link to withdraw. It works at any time. To change your choice, fill in the consent again: the new one replaces the old one. What is already published, we take down within 7 days.

This consent replaces the paper ones. So every family fills it in, also those who already signed on paper. If you want it on paper, print this page.
